Phil Sheingold, President & CEO

Phil joined CRI in 2010 bringing 25 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, and Logistics for industry leaders.  The majority of his leadership focused on food and beverage manufacturing for companies such as Frito-Lay, Gatorade, and Sensient Technologies Flavors and Fragrances, holding positions of Engineer through Plant Manager to Director of Operations. International experience and responsibilities included Engineering and Operations for 16 facilities in Europe, Canada, and Mexico.  Phil was responsible for new plant construction, equipment design, capital improvements, and budget responsibilities exceeding $100 million.  As Senior Vice President of Operations for Brightpoint Phil managed a team over 600 responsible for Supply Chain in North America.  He was also COO for Signcraft, where he worked with the owner in acquiring several companies leading to significant company growth and market expansion.  Phil is a continuing student in key systems and processes including Six Sigma, ISO, TQM, Lean manufacturing, and RFID technology having introduced it to Brightpoint.  He is a Chemical Engineer by degree from Cal Poly University, a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and is active in the community and charitable concerns.

Babacar Diouf, VP Regulatory Affairs & Quality Systems

A native of Senegal, Babacar speaks four languages to go along with his degree in Geological Engineering from The Institute of Earth Sciences (IST) of Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, Senegal. Before moving to the United States, Babacar worked in the mining industry in Africa as a field geologist with AngloGold Ashanti with his main focus in geochemical exploration. Before joining CRI in early 2005 as a quality engineer, he spent four years in quality assurance with Autoliv ASP, a leader in automotive safety products. Babacar has received additional training in US 21 CFR, ISO and GHTF standards, European MDD, Canadian-MDR, Risk Management, Biological Evaluation and Sterilization of health care products, and Contamination Monitoring - Environmental Control. Babacar is a certified ISO13485:2003 Auditor, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. Babacar is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). Babacar holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University.

John Delaney, VP Finance & General Counsel

John joined CRI in 2014 as its Vice President of Business Strategy and Legal Affairs. He obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Michigan. Thereafter, he was a Manager with Price Waterhouse responsible for auditing many large, publicly-traded companies and advising them as they raised capital and sought to grow through merger and acquisition activities. John’s career then transitioned to a focus on executive leadership in the medical industry, where he led the management and expansion of physician and physical therapy clinics, surgery centers, and medical billing operations. John’s background in accounting led him to BrightPoint as Chief Accounting Officer. BrightPoint was a publicly-traded, value added and logistics firm in the wireless device industry where John was responsible for building its worldwide finance, accounting, and treasury functions including operations in thirteen countries including those in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. John is also an attorney, with significant experience in business transactions and taxation. John’s collective experience over the past 25 years makes him uniquely qualified to assist CRI as it seeks to successfully capitalize on the myriad of opportunities for measured growth, both organic and external.

Elizabeth Stahl, VP People

Elizabeth Stahl, MBA SPHR has over 20 years of human resource and business experience covering such industries as information technology, light manufacturing, health care, retail, wholesale, not for profit, and insurance. She has her Master's in Business Administration and has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification since 1998. Elizabeth has won awards for program development, outstanding HR management, and organizational leadership.

Her career started at May Company and she quickly moved from the position of Trainer to Regional Trainer Coordinator where she oversaw all training activities for the corporate and field areas. She later became the Human Resource manager. She joined the entrepreneurial world by starting and building a consulting practice for staffing firm Morley Group, moving on to HR Business Partner for Clinical Areas for the St. Vincent’s Hospital network. Elizabeth later became president of her own company E J Stahl and Associates.

Her passion for the business lies in creating and implementing strategic solutions for organizational talent. Elizabeth is Co-Founder and former President of the Human Resources Professional Development Association and has served on the SHRM State Council. She has presented information to business organizations, Indiana State SHRM Convention and has been a contributor to state wide publications on topics related to leadership and human capital management.
